Processing, Shipping & Returns
Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are handmade and each piece is made to order. Both humans behind this business also have full time jobs during the week. We work as fast as can to get your products out to you but delays do happen.
Currently our processing time is: 7-10 business days.

If you need your order rushed, a rush option is available for an additional fee. Please message us.
This processing time is subject to change, especially during the holiday season so please check back often. Processing time is also dependent on the size of order and current demand.
While we strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, each and every item ordered is completely handmade by only two of us and we both have full time jobs as well. We pride ourselves on creating a product that is worthy of being worn by someone you love.
Once your order has moved to the packaging stage, you will receive your shipping notification. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your tracking to update while your items are packaged and delivered to the post office. Please remember there are sometimes delays at the post office that are out of our control.
Wayward Paws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Most packages should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on shipping method chosen at checkout. All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipping.
Shipping times vary between 1-3 weeks depending on location and customs. Note: Once an international package leaves the domestic US, tracking may not update until the package is delivered.
Customs and import taxes:
Please be aware of import duties, fees and taxes in your country before placing an order. Wayward Paws is not held responsible for these charges and we can not refund an order held at customs for lack of fee payment. Failure to pay customs fees may result in a delay in your order being delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you need to return/exchange a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your items. Requests outside of the 10 day period will not be eligible for return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Items must be free of dog/cat hair and dirt to be eligible for return/exchange. Items that are returned in worn condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you.)
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom ordered items.
2. We do not cover cost of return shipping or refund the original shipping for any items returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. They are final sales.
4. Please measure your pet to ensure you receive the right size. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (Note: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
