Minker's PB&B&B Biscuits

This week we are sharing a yummy recipe from @minkerthestinker and his parents, Erika and David.


PB&B&B Biscuits

makes approx. 3 dozen


Biscuit Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp whipped/cooled bacon fat (this is optional based on your doggy diet)

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Banana squeeze or mix (we love West Paw PB&Banana squeeze)

  • 2 cups oat flour

  • 2 Egg whites

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (we love goat)

Icing Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1/4 cup water

BISCUIT Directions 1. PREHEAT oven to 325F 2. ADD baking soda, egg white, pb&b mix, and bacon whip to oat flour in large bowl 3. MIX until it forms a thick batter; add more flour as needed 4. COMBINE into a ball, wiping the bowl so no treat left behind 5. CHILL dough in fridge for 5 minutes 6. ROLL dough onto floured surface to 1/4” thickness 7. CUT out your cookies 8. CHILL cookies on pan in fridge for 15 minutes 9. BAKE cookies for 20-25 minutes 10. COOL cookies before icing or taste-testing! ICING Directions 1. COMBINE cornstarch and HALF of the water 2. ADD honey and stir 3. ADD water tsp at at a time as needed until a thin consistency 4. DIP cooled biscuits into icing quickly, let drip, and repeat until desired icing coverage achieved!
